We have a few woodpeckers around... and this weekend I had a nuthatch that was zipping around the feeder in front o f my kitchen window. My window was tooooooo dirty to photo thru. So I only watched. I love the little teeny road runner beeps they make
I think the 70 degree weather and rain sent the junco's up into the blue mountains
We have two downys at the feeder all the time. Our newest bird is an orange crowned warbler which is pecking at the reflective glass in our bathroom. The cats love it. He's been here for about a month. He's the only warbler that stays here in Winter.

Woodpeckers remind me of those I used to see in Goa, the Golden Backed Woodpeckers.
Just passing through. I love pics of birds. My wife and I have been talking about how to attract more to our yard.
